Thursday

Really bright sun suddenly appearing through some cloud after yet another wild & wet night

Obviously rain approaching
Jim was hoping he could beat the rain

The rain moved a bit too quickly and arrived before they got home
A lot more sun between the showers today

Afternoon walkies round the puddles instead of in the mud
Still rather cold in the fresh wind, but we had gone out a little early to hopefully see more of the sun

Sandy waves rolling into Trenow

Love this view looking over the points
Big flock of mixed birds zooming around looking for shelter for their roost for the night

Little waves into Boat Cove

One of a pair of noisy Buzzards
Some nice colour as more cloud was arriving to cover the sun

Same ending to the day

    1. Oh dear, such a pity about the damage to greenhouse and all the trees - so sad. Knew you must have had some of the worst of it that day as a facebook friend in West Walton that had roof damage and to make it worse the tiles fell onto his car - then the power went off ! The Met Office really let everyone down - no warnings for the worst of the storms and a name for the least one. Here's hoping we get some respite - less wind and rain. Sue
